Terms of use

The rules for using aiinnyc.org, attending AI in NYC dinners (held under the Chatham House Rule) and submitting events to our community board.

Last updated October 28, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of aiinnyc.org (the “site”), operated by AI Media Concepts Inc. (“AI in NYC”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Content on the site

The show, episode summaries, takeaways, guest information and newsletter are for general information and education. Views expressed by guests are their own and not necessarily ours. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, financial or professional advice, and mentions of companies, products or funds are not endorsements or recommendations.

Episode summaries and takeaways are prepared from the conversations and may be condensed or paraphrased. We work to get them right but can’t guarantee they are complete or error-free; the episode itself is the authoritative record.

Dinners and events

AI in NYC dinners are invitation-only. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee one, and we may decline or withdraw an invitation at our discretion. Dinners are held under the Chatham House Rule: attendees may use what is said, but may not reveal the identity or affiliation of the speaker or of any other participant. By attending, you agree to follow it.

Venues, sponsors and dates can change. We are not responsible for travel or other costs if an event is moved or cancelled.

Submitting events and other content

If you submit an event, you confirm that the details are accurate, that you are entitled to share them, and that the event is lawful and not misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, and promote the submitted details on the site and in our channels. We review every submission and may decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion. Events listed on the site are organized by others; we don’t endorse them and aren’t responsible for them.

Job board and sponsors

Job listings are provided by the hiring companies, often our partners. We don’t verify every detail and are not party to any application or hiring decision. Sponsorship of the show, newsletter or dinners does not mean we endorse a sponsor’s products, and sponsors do not control our editorial content.

Who owns what

The site’s text, design, video, audio, artwork and the AI in NYC name and logo are owned by AI Media Concepts Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to episodes and quote short excerpts with credit to AI in NYC. You may not republish episodes, clips or substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission. Guests’ names, likenesses and company marks belong to them and are used to identify them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no submitting false or spam content, scraping in a way that burdens the service, interfering with its security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

The site links to podcast platforms, YouTube, beehiiv, event RSVP pages, employers and other sites we don’t control. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Media Concepts Inc. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event we list but do not organize. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: hello@aiinnycshow.com.
